RankPulse (“we”, “us”) provides keyword rank checking and tracking. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Project data: the domains, keywords, competitor domains and settings you add, and the rankings we record.
• Usage data: IP address and timestamps of free checks and login attempts, used for rate-limiting and security.
• Messages: anything you send through our contact form.

How we use it

To run the service, prevent abuse, reply to you and send essential account emails (such as password resets). We do not sell your data.

Third parties

To fetch search results we send your keywords, location and language — never your personal details — to our search data provider. Our hosting provider stores the database.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising cookies are set by default.

Retention & deletion

You can delete projects at any time. To delete your account and all data, email us at [email protected].
