1. The service

RankPulse reports search engine positions for keywords you provide. Rankings are a snapshot of results returned at the time of the check and may differ from what individual users see.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. One person or organisation per account.

3. Fair use

Do not attempt to bypass limits, resell access without permission, automate the free checker, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

4. Plans & payments

Paid plans are billed in advance for each period. Limits reset daily. Refunds are handled case by case — contact us within 7 days of payment.

5. No guarantee

The service is provided “as is”. We work hard on accuracy and uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that data will always be complete. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on ranking data.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan having jurisdiction.
